It is the day two young people have been looking forward to all year. Rachel Berry and Finn Hudson are getting married. Their friends and family have gathered and the excitement is building. They are just waiting on one more person to arrive – Rachel's good friend, Quinn Fabray. Quinn is running late, but in her excitement and haste needed to let Rachel know she was on her way. Strickland:</i> Recovery on the Sentimental Value of a Pet On November 3, 2011, the Court of Appeals of Texas, Fort Worth, issued a groundbreaking opinion holding that pet owners can recover damages for a pet on the sole basis of sentimental value. This is the first court in the United States to find that a pet owner can recover for damages in an amount greater than the market value of the animal.
