Member Bio

William L. Yocum is an active trial lawyer in the business litigation practice group. Mr. Yocum has extensive experience defending and trying numerous cases in all areas of personal injury litigation for both self-insured and insured clients at both the trial court and appellate levels. Representative experience includes electric utility litigation, aviation litigation, products liability cases and health care litigation

Mr. Yocum’s representation of self-insured clients includes electrical power line contact cases, products liability cases and professional negligence actions. Mr. Yocum has extensive experience representing health care institutions in litigation and in representing physicians in matters involving the state professional Review Board and licensure actions

Mr. Yocum’s aviation practice includes the defense of cases filed against flight schools, mechanics, product manufacturers and pilots. He provides legal advice on insurance coverage in aviation accident cases. He is a member of the NTSB Bar Association, the Lawyer Pilot Bar Association and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association insurance plan.
