John T. Harding, Jr., a partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney LLP, has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation. Mr. Harding also concentrates on complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. For more than a decade, he has represented insurers nationally on coverage disputes involving environmental, pharmaceutical and product liabilities. Mr. Harding also has litigated numerous cases involving disputes between primary and excess carriers.
