The firm regularly handles complex commercial transactions, business acquisitions and all facets of real estate development, financing, sales and leasing. Our bankruptcy practice includes representation of creditors and one of our partners is a standing Chapter 7 Trustee in the State of Nebraska. The firm's litigation department handles a wide variety of both commercial and personal litigation matters. Our experience and location supports an active administrative law practice involving a variety of federal and state agencies. We also have extensive experience in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
