BRADLEY K. OVERCASH (Brad) was born in Thomasville, NC and is an attorney with Wilkins Tipton in Charlotte, NC. He received a B.A. degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While at Ole Miss, he was the recipient of the Judge W. N. Ethridge, Jr. Memorial Scholarship. Mr. Overcash previously practiced in the firm's Greenville, MS and Jackson, MS offices before moving to Charlotte to open Wilkins Tipton's North Carolina office.
