Aaron is a Shareholder at Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo, PC, practicing out of the firm's Boston office. Aaron is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Minnesota. Aaron represents private and public commercial clients, including land developers and construction contractors, international insurance and re-insurance companies, and national retail corporations, in both Federal and state courts.

Aaron recenlty argued an appeal before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court on behalf of an international insurer in an insurance coverage dispute overturning a lower court decision denying insurer the right to recover attorney fees after prevailing on motion for summary judgment and declaration of insurance coverage.

Aaron routinely provides his clients representation for issues including contractor/sub-contractor indemnity and defense disputes, construction defect and warranty claims, insurer contractual duty to defend for liability assumed in construction contracts, and construction related environmental trespass. Attorney White has successfully defended numerous multi-party construction defect disputes at the American Arbitration Association.

Aaron's representative cases include successfully defending an international public insurer at trial and on appeal for claims of libel, slander, and business to business breach of contract and bad faith, relating to termination of management/consulting agreement with two directors; successfully defending private University against charge of admissions based religious discrimination; successfully defending a medical doctor in medical malpractice suit involving prescribed medical devices.

Aaron earned his a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 1997, and a Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School in 2001.
